Please remember that these videos and notes in no way replace your training time in the gym. They are provided in an effort to give new and experienced students alike an opportunity to more closely review and recall details of specific techniques they have been shown. Training in the gym is always your first step, it is recommended to practice only the techniques which you have been shown in class and try to avoid the temptation of "jumping forward".
